Our house was built in 1904 and hadn't been painted in over 40 years by the time we bought it.
The exterior eventually got so dingy that it became the eyesore of the block. We hired Pioneer Home Services,
and they went far above the call of duty. Not only did they restore our house, they totally transformed it!
Even when it was newly-built, this house was a no-frills bungalow with a bland, all-white exterior.
Now it has class and character. And instead of being the eyesore of the block it's now one of the nicest.

We
had Mr. Michael Clark and his associates paint the
exterior of our home and clean and re-stain our wooden
deck. We would highly recommend him to anyone. From
start to finish he took the utmost of care in preparing
our house and deck. What impressed us the most about
Michael was that he treated our home as if it was
his own. He took his time, was very professional and
worked very hard. He paid attention to every detail
prior to painting and staining. I believe that the
priming process is very important before the actual
paint is applied. He primed, scrapped, filled and
caulked every spot he could find.
I
appreciated his honesty, thriftiness in saving money
on repairs and all recommendations from a craftsmen
point of view. I don't think you often find this kind
of pride in workmanship that Michael shows. Most people
today are trying to work fast to get the job done
and move on to the next. This is not the case with
Michael Clark.
It
has been a couple of years since he painted our house
and it looks brand new. I know he did a good job when
other people such as roofers, neighbors, insurance
adjusters, our housekeeper, and friends tell us how
good the house looks. We respected his fair pricing
